Having built high-end houses from the ground up, bought, re-done, sold and rented various fixers and investment properties at different price points, we are uniquely qualified to help both buyers and sellers achieve their goals. Sometimes it takes really rolling up the sleeves: We recently undertook fixing and updating a very original home in behalf of a family trust, where both trustees lived out of state in different states. Painting, electrical, new fixtures, new hardwood floors–the works. We were able to get the job done in only 30 days and on budget, with the result that the home sold within 2 weeks for far more than it would have in its earlier neglected condition.
